Mariana Aguirre has extensive experience in various sectors, currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, an online store focused on organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, Mariana has been an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, as well as working as a Nutritionist in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019. Mariana also contributed as a university lecturer at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching subjects related to applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food. Educational achievements include a Diploma in Business Administration from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Wellbeing from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
