Sreela Mukherji

Sreela Mukherji is an experienced legal professional with a focus on immigration law and refugee services. Currently serving as the Program Coordinator for Legal and Policy at Catholic Charities of Santa Clara County since February 2016, Sreela Mukherji coordinates legal services for refugee foster care youth, preparing guardianship and immigration petitions while addressing various legal issues. Previous roles include Law Clerk at the Law Office of Indu Liladhar-Hathi, where Sreela Mukherji drafted immigration applications, and Civics Instructor at the International Rescue Committee, preparing English language learners for life in the U.S. Sreela Mukherji has also contributed legal services through positions at the Katharine and George Alexander Community Law Center and International Institutes of the Bay Area, focusing on complex immigration applications. Sreela Mukherji holds a Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from UC Santa Barbara.
