Karina Contti

Karina Contti, SPHR, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Catholic Charities Of Long Island, where responsibilities include leading and coordinating HR policies and activities to ensure legal compliance and align with the organization's mission. Karina previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at the Mental Health Association of Nassau County, overseeing a team and managing HR functions for approximately 200 employees. As a Human Resources Consultant for Lilium HR Services, project-based HR services were provided to various clients. Karina's past experience also includes significant HR leadership roles at The Douglaston Companies, the Archdiocese of New York, and North Shore Animal League America, demonstrating expertise in HR management, employee relations, compliance, and strategic planning. Karina holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Baruch College.
