Laura Ploof

Laura Ploof has had over 30 years of work experience in various human resources roles. Laura started their career at Phillips Petroleum in 1989 as a Human Resources Representative and worked there until 1995. After that, they joined Human Resource Potential in 2000, where they served as a Human Resources Associate for 17 years. In 2018, Laura joined Catholic Charities West Michigan, initially as the Vice President of Human Resources and later transitioned into the role of Chief Administrative Officer.

Laura Ploof completed their education with a Master's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Michigan State University, which they obtained between 1988 and 1989. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business with a specialization in Personnel Management from the same institution, completing their undergraduate studies from 1982 to 1988. Before attending Michigan State University, Laura attended Cranbrook Kingswood between 1980 and 1982.
