Caa Beth Flynn

Beth Flynn, CAA, has extensive experience in sports program management and community engagement, currently serving as Sports Program Manager for Catholic Charities in the Diocese of Cleveland since September 2017. Prior roles include Director of Athletic Programming and Athletic Program Coordinator II. Flynn has contributed to the Women's Flat Track Derby Association as a Board Member and Rules Theory Panel Member, focusing on best practices and rule implementation for roller derby. As President of Burning River Roller Derby, responsibilities included human resource management, marketing, and financial oversight. Additional roles span various organizations, including operational management at DesignMonkey and event coordination with Blue Ridge Rollergirls. Flynn holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Ecology with a specialization in Consumer Affairs from The Ohio State University.
