Cecilia Colbert

Cecilia Colbert, CPA, is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in diverse organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer for the Catholic Diocese of Dallas since November 2015, Cecilia oversees comprehensive financial management, including budgeting, accounting, and risk management. Prior to this role, Cecilia held positions such as National Director of Financial Reporting for the American Heart Association, Director of Administrative and Financial Services at The Art Institute of Dallas, and Senior Director of Finance at VHA, where leadership involved guiding financial analysis and strategic planning for numerous entities. Earlier career experiences include managerial roles at Neiman Marcus and Peat Marwick, where Cecilia honed skills in financial auditing and analysis. Cecilia holds an MBA in Healthcare Administration from The University of Dallas and a BBA in Accounting from Texas A&M University.
