Jackie Couture

Jackie Couture, CEBS, currently serves as the Benefits Manager for the Catholic Diocese of Dallas since February 2024. Previously, Jackie held the position of Senior HR Specialist, Benefits at Southern Methodist University from November 2021 to February 2024 and worked as an Account Manager for Employee Benefits at McGriff from September 2018 to October 2021. Jackie also has experience as a Benefit Analyst and Coordinator in Benefits Administration at Marsh & McLennan Agency - Southwest from June 2016 to August 2018, and served as a Corporate Human Resources Representative II at Ericsson between July 2014 and January 2016. Early in the career, Jackie was a Business Media Sales Specialist at MultiView and completed an internship at Measurement Specialties, Inc. Jackie holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University and is pursuing the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation from The Wharton School, where studies began in 2018.
