Charles Wheeler

Charles Wheeler is an experienced attorney with a career spanning several decades. Currently employed at CLINIC since June 1996, Charles directs the Training and Legal Support Section. Prior to this role, Charles served as the Director at the National Immigration Law Center from January 1985 to June 1996 and as the Director of the Farmworker Program at Colorado Rural Legal Services from May 1979 to December 1984. Charles holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, obtained between 1973 and 1976, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Virginia, completed from 1968 to 1972.
