John Patti

John Patti is the current Executive Director of Support Services at Catholic Medical Center. John has held this position for 9 years, and prior to that they were the Director of Security for the organization. In their role as Executive Director, John oversees the operations of Emergency Management, Security, Food & Nutrition Services, Communications, and Patient Transport. John also serves on the Board of Directors for Make-A-Wish N.H.

John began their career in public service as a police sergeant with the Manchester NH Police Department. John served in this role for 17 years and 5 months, during which time they were responsible for workforce development and analytics, project implementation and onboarding, organizational efficiency and enhancements, government communications and relations, staff performance measurement, and critical incident response training and management.

John has dedicated their career to serving others and making a positive impact in their community. John is a strong leader with a proven track record of success in both the public and private sectors. John is passionate about their work and committed to ensuring that Catholic Medical Center provides the highest quality of care possible.

John Patti has a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from U.N.H. and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Social Sciences from New Hampshire College (SNHU).
