James Grzadzinski

James Grzadzinski serves as the People and Culture Manager at Sonnenberg Consultants since July 2023, overseeing employee relations for 170 staff across multiple sites and guiding direct reports in talent acquisition and employee engagement initiatives. Previously, James held roles including Talent Acquisition Specialist at Catholic Recruiter Associates and Director of Liturgy and Music at the Archdiocese of Milwaukee, where responsibilities included strategic HR partnerships, budget management, and workforce development. Additional experience includes positions in human resources at Liquibox and BrightStar Care, as well as extensive leadership in liturgical music at various churches and dioceses. James holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the University of St. Francis and multiple relevant educational qualifications.
