Absa Fall

Absa Fall has a diverse work experience in finance and operations management. They started their career as an Accountant at Orange in 1999 and worked there for five years. They then moved on to OXFAM GB, where they held the position of Senior Finance Officer for six years, managing budgets, contracts, and financial reports for various donors. After that, they joined IUCN as a Finance and Admin Manager for four years. Subsequently, they worked at The Brooke as the Head of Finance and Operation Manager for two years, focusing on strategy design, compliance, budgeting, and auditing. They then joined HELENE KELLER INTERNATIONAL as a Regional Finance and Operations Manager for two years. Following that, they served as the Director of Finance at Heifer International for seven months before assuming the role of Director of Finance at Catholic Relief Services, where they are currently working.

Absa Fall has a diverse education history. Absa obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from Institut Privé de Gestion in 2003-2004, with a focus on business management, HR, marketing, and banking. In 2004-2005, they pursued a Finance and Accountancy Degree (DSFC) at SUPDECO. Absa further specialized in Audit and Internal Control, completing a Master's degree at SUPDECO in 2009-2010. In 2016-2017, they earned an Executive MBA in Management from Institut Supérieur de Management de Dakar. Additionally, they have attended various courses, including theoretical and practical ones in Humanitarian Support at OXFAM GB in 2016-2017. Absa also has experience in project management, having completed a program at TENSTEP in 2017-2018. Absa Fall has also received training in fundraising from IUCN and OXFAM, and completed a course on being a manager at OXFAM GB. Absa continued their professional development in business partnering at The Brooke London in 2015, although the duration is not specified.
