Fatma Salah is an experienced Human Resources professional with a comprehensive background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Catholic Relief Services since December 2019, Fatma has previously held leadership roles including Human Resources and Administration Manager at CARE International – Egypt and Emergency Program HR Officer at Save the Children US. Fatma's expertise extends to human resources policy development, performance management, recruitment, and compliance with labor laws, honed during tenure as Human Resources and Training Manager at First Microfinance Foundation. An educational foundation includes a Master of Business Administration in Global Management from Paris ESLSCA Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in German with a minor in English from Ain Shams University.
