Tesfaye Habtehyimer Sebsibe has extensive experience in financial management and grants accounting, currently serving as the Manager of Grants Accounting at Catholic Relief Services since August 2006, overseeing a multi-country grants portfolio exceeding $300 million. Previously, Tesfaye held roles including Senior Grant Analyst and Regional Finance Officer, managing significant budgets across East Africa. With a strong background in operations management and support services, Tesfaye has contributed to high-level financial planning and compliance. Academic qualifications include an MBA focused on Corporate Strategy from Oxford Brookes University, a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Addis Ababa University, and designation as a Fellow Certified Chartered Accountant.
