Dori Spaulding

Dori Spaulding is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in project management, consulting, and education. Currently serving as a Special Projects Consultant and Event Coordinator at Catholic Social Services of the Miami Valley since September 2022, Dori previously owned D. Spaulding Projects and contributed to the sustainability efforts at makeLab. Dori's consulting work at Ninigret Partners focused on empowering communities and organizations, while project management experience at the University of Dayton included leading the redevelopment of the former Montgomery County Fairgrounds. Additional leadership roles include Board Chair and 5K Director for Girls on the Run of Dayton, Race Director for the Bluewater Bay Duathlon, and President of the Emerald Coast Triathlon Club. Dori's educational background encompasses a Master's Degree in Public Administration from the University of Dayton, a Teacher Certification from Midwestern State University, and a BA in Biochemistry from Maryville College.
