Ed Leiser

Ed Leiser has a diverse range of work experience. Ed is currently working at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Chicago as the Associate Director of Internal Communications. Prior to this, they were the Manager of Employee Communications at the same organization.

Before joining Catholic Charities, Ed worked at St. Rita of Cascia High School for over a decade. Ed held various roles, including Director of Alumni Engagement, Campus Calendar Manager, Director of Admissions, and Director of Alumni Relations. In these positions, they managed fundraising programs and events, coordinated campus activities, oversaw recruitment and enrollment efforts, and organized social events for the alumni community.

Earlier in their career, Ed gained experience in radio broadcasting. Ed worked at WGN Radio as the Assistant Promotions Director and as a part-time Sports Production Producer. Ed also interned in the Promotions and Sports departments.

Additionally, Ed served as the WSCR-AM Event Coordinator at WSCR 670 The Score and as the Assistant Promotions Director at WZND Student Radio at Illinois State University.

Ed Leiser earned a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from Illinois State University from 2004 to 2008. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma from St. Rita of Cascia High School from 2000 to 2004. Ed also holds additional certifications in Grant Writing from DePaul University and Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google Digital Garage, both obtained in 2021.
