Harsh Shah

Harsh Shah has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of data strategy, analytics, and technology. Harsh'smost recent position is Vice President of Data Strategy and Insights at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Chicago, where they are responsible for overseeing data strategy and insights initiatives.

Prior to this, Harsh worked at Byline Bank as the VP of Enterprise Analytics and Applications. In this role, they served as an IT Strategist and Player Coach, focusing on areas such as data warehousing, FinTech integrations, and business intelligence. Harsh also managed a team of data engineers, business analysts, and consultants.

Before Byline Bank, Harsh held multiple positions at ISACA, including Senior Manager of Data Engineering and Manager of Information Integration and Data Mining. In these roles, they played a key role in deploying data warehouses across the enterprise, developing privacy policies, and designing customer-focused solutions.

Earlier in their career, Harsh worked as a Data Architect at the Property Casualty Insurers Association of America and as a Senior IT DBA. Harsh was responsible for creating data models, managing complex information systems, and providing infrastructure support.

Harsh also has experience as a Database Administrator at the National Association of Indep Insurers and as a Technology Consultant at Computer Associates International. In these roles, they supported database production systems, implemented web-based reporting, and provided support for various technology tools and applications.

Harsh Shah received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry Institute of Technology, where they studied from 1998 to 2004. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including Hands On Essentials - Data Sharing, Hands On Essentials - Data Warehouse, SnowFlake Data Exchanges and Sharing, Basics of nCino, ITIL Foundation Certified, and Oracle Certified Associate. Harsh has also completed the United Way Board Leadership Institute from Kellogg Executive Education in May 2023.
