Richie Close

Richie Close has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Richie started their career at Symantec as a Localization Engineer and later became a Project Manager. At America Online, Richie served as a Technical Manager, leading a QA team and managing various projects. Richie then joined Information Mosaic as a Test Manager, responsible for quality assurance of their products. Richie also worked as a Test Lead at Allied Irish Bank and as a Test Manager at Eircom Group. More recently, they served as a UAT Test Manager at Bord na Móna before taking on roles at Cathx Ocean, including Chief Operating Officer and Customer Operations Manager. Throughout their career, Richie has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in testing approaches and processes.

Richie Close pursued a Master's degree in Operations Excellence from Waterford Institute of Technology from 2022 to 2024.
