Gerard Elchaar has a diverse work experience in logistics and transportation, with extensive experience in managing distribution centers and call centers. Gerard has held senior leadership positions at various companies including Cato Corporation, Focused Edge Solutions, Coldwater Creek, eToys, Amazon, and Book of the Month Club. Throughout their career, they have successfully implemented strategic expansion and automation initiatives, managed large teams, and achieved tangible benefits for the organizations they have worked for.

Gerard Elchaar completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Lehigh University from 1982 to 1984. Gerard further pursued their education at Lehigh University and obtained a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from 1988 to 1989.
