Matt Schmitz

Matt Schmitz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in fluid improvement and motorcycle safety instruction. Currently serving as a Fluid Improvement Specialist at Findlow Filtration Inc. since September 2016, Matt provides filtration solutions and pursues new opportunities to address customer challenges. Additionally, as a Motorcycle Rider Coach for the Motorcycle Safety Foundation since July 2014, Matt instructs students on safe motorcycle operation and advocates for safe riding practices while continuing personal education. Previously, Matt worked at Eaton Corporation as a Field Service Technician from August 2005 to August 2016, where responsibilities included guiding equipment startups, diagnosing failures, and training customers on equipment operation and maintenance. Matt holds an Associate of Applied Science in CAD Drafting from Kalamazoo Valley Community College, completed between 2008 and 2010.
