Elene Grigolia

Invited Lecturer at Caucasus University

Elene Grigolia is an accomplished expert in authorization and accreditation for higher education institutions, currently serving at the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement. With extensive experience at the National Agency of Public Registry, Elene has played key roles in significant World Bank projects, including the Georgia Resilient Agriculture, Irrigation, and Land (GRAIL) Project and the Irrigation and Land Market Development Project, focusing on innovative land registration methods utilizing blockchain technology. Additionally, Elene has worked as a legal consultant and project manager on various initiatives aimed at enhancing land administration and governance, while also sharing knowledge as an invited lecturer at multiple universities.
