Salome Tkeshelashvili

Salome Tkeshelashvili is an experienced professional in communications and customer experience, currently serving as the Head of Communications and Customer Experience at TBC Bank since July 2019. In this role, Salome develops and implements communications strategies within corporate and investment banking and wealth management, focusing on customer satisfaction and journey improvement. Salome has also lectured in Retail Management at the Caucasus School of Business since September 2014 and held various managerial roles at the Bank of Georgia, including Head of Business Communications. Additional experience includes project management at the American Chamber of Commerce in Georgia and a brief internship in retail operations with Gucci. Salome holds an MBA from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Caucasus University.
