Tyler Cleveland

Tyler Cleveland is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Cenera since March 2023, Tyler has operated as an Independent Consultant since October 2017, specializing in HR consulting for a diverse clientele. Engagements include strategic reviews and the creation of HR policies and programs. Tyler holds significant positions in governance, including Chair and member roles on several boards such as CAUSE Canada and Centre Street Church, contributing to HR committees in those organizations. Prior experience includes leadership as Managing Director of People & Culture at Radicle, and multiple senior HR roles at Brion Energy, Packers Plus Energy Services, and Alliance Pipeline. Tyler holds an MBA from McMaster University and a B.Comm with a double major in Finance and Human Resources from the University of Alberta.
