Matthew McGoldrick

Senior Biological Field Engineer at Causeway Sensors

Matthew McGoldrick has worked for four companies since 2014. Matthew began their career as a Laboratory Technician at Queen's University Belfast in 2014. In 2018, they were promoted to Research Assistant at the same university. In 2019, they joined Causeway Sensors Limited as Head of Biology and KTP Associate. Most recently, in 2021, they accepted a position as Visiting Scholar at Queen's University Belfast.

Matthew McGoldrick obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from Queen's University Belfast in 2013. Matthew then went on to complete a Master's degree in Advanced Food Safety from the same university in 2014. In 2019, they completed a Level 7 Certificate in Strategic Management and Leadership from Queen's University Belfast, as well as a CMI level 5 Management and Leadership from Ashorne Hill Management College. Finally, they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Queen's University Belfast in 2020.
