Molly Rutledge has over a decade of experience in the political and analytics fields. In 2005, they began their career as the Deputy Director of Voter File Development at the Republican National Committee, where they assisted the director with the collection, processing, and deployment of 50 separate state voter files. In 2007, they were hired as the Director of Voter Targeting for the Rudy Giuliani Presidential Committee, where they led voter targeting for a national campaign using advanced analytics and MicroTargeting strategies. In 2009, they were hired as the Data Director for Texans for Rick Perry, where they initiated and deployed multiple data assets for a successful statewide gubernatorial campaign. In 2010, they joined the Office of Texas Governor Greg Abbott as a Policy Advisor, where they worked jointly with agency staff, leadership, interest groups, legislative offices, and other stakeholders on policy issues. In 2012, they were hired as a Senior Analyst at TargetPoint Consulting, where they analyzed 1,000s of data points to build customized MicroTargeting models for use by multiple political campaigns. In 2013, they were hired as the Data Director for Texans For Greg Abbott, where they developed and executed a data-driven strategic plan to power a successful campaign. Finally, in 2015, they were hired as the Chief Analytics Officer for Causeway Solutions, LLC, where they worked jointly with industry leaders to promote the use of advanced Big Data analytics on award-winning campaigns.
Molly Rutledge attended Wake Forest University from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government. Molly then returned to Wake Forest University School of Business in 2018, where they obtained a Master of Science Business Analytics in 2020.
