Tim Duer

Tim Duer has over 17 years of work experience. In 2020, they started working at Causeway Solutions, LLC as the Director of Enterprise & Healthcare Insights and Director of Healthcare Insights, as well as an Independent Consultant. From 2010 to 2020, they worked at Nemours as the Operations Manager, Manager of Therapy Services, and Physical Therapist. From 2003 to 2010, they worked at VICTORY PHYSICAL THERAPY as a Physical Therapist.

Tim Duer began their educational journey at St. Augustine Prep, graduating in 1997. Tim then continued their studies at Villanova University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2001. Following this, they attended Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals, where they earned a Master's degree in Physical Therapy/Therapist in 2003. In 2016, they returned to school and completed a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Wilmington University in 2020.
