Paul Devlin

Paul Devlin is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in sales leadership and business development across global markets. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Causeway Technologies since May 2023 and as the Founder of PKD Advisory Ltd since January 2023, Paul is dedicated to supporting senior executives in scaling their businesses, with a commitment to donating 20% of annual profits to charity. Previously, Paul held key leadership positions, including Chief Customer Officer at SUSE, where Paul contributed to the company's record IPO in 2021, and Chief Commercial Officer at Edenhouse Solutions Limited. Additional roles at prestigious firms such as SAP, MicroStrategy, and SAS have further solidified Paul's expertise in sales transformation and strategic leadership. Paul holds a Master’s degree in Leading Sales Transformation from Middlesex University, as well as advanced management training from the Centre for Creative Leadership and Cranfield School of Management.
