Fernando Aponte

Fernando Aponte is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as the Regional Human Resources Manager at Cavco Industries, Inc. since July 2018, where responsibilities include assisting and supporting HR departments across the Southwest Region. Previously, Fernando held the position of Human Resources Manager at Cavco’s Durango Plant in Phoenix, Arizona, overseeing HR operations and policy implementation for plant personnel. Earlier experience includes serving as an on-site HR administrator for the same plant. In addition to corporate experience, Fernando has been self-employed since May 2012. Educational credentials include an Associate of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Mesa Community College and further studies at the W. P. Carey School of Business, Arizona State University.
