Jeremy Osler has a strong background in corporate finance and legal counsel. Jeremy started their career in 1997 as a Solicitor at Ashurst, where they worked until 2006. Jeremy then joined J.P. Morgan Cazenove as a Director/VP, Legal, from 2006 to 2010. Osler then moved to J.P. Morgan where they held various roles, including Executive Director in UK Compliance, UK Corporate Finance Execution, and EMEA ECM Legal, from 2010 to 2014. After that, they became the Group General Counsel at Hannam & Partners from 2014 to 2016. Currently, they are Head of Corporate Finance & General Counsel at Cavendish, a position they have held since 2016.
Jeremy Osler has attended the London College of Law where they pursued a degree in Law. Jeremy has also studied at the University of Oxford, majoring in Literae Humaniores with a Master of Arts (MA) degree. Additionally, they have completed their education at Winchester College.
