Davis Weber

Davis Weber has served as the Strategic Sourcing Lead at Cavendish Farms since May 2017, focusing on procurement improvement, Supply Chain ESG reporting, and vendor relationship management for frozen food manufacturing. Key responsibilities include managing RFx activities, coordinating new product trials, and conducting ESG data collection and analysis. Prior to this role, Davis held the position of Sourcing Coordinator, contributing to the establishment of a new potato manufacturing facility and implementing a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Davis's early career includes an Environmental Science Summer Student role at Alberta-Pacific Forest Industries, supporting tree genetic improvement and stakeholder communication, along with positions as a Tractor Operator and Lifeguard. Davis holds a degree in General Management, with a focus on Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from The University of Lethbridge.
