Kathryn deVries-Ruehs has a diverse work experience in the food industry. Kathryn started their career at Foster Farms in 1990 as a Southwest Sales Manager, where they worked until 1994. Kathryn then joined Butterball (Carolina Turkey) as a Regional Sales Manager from 1994 to 2000. In 2002, they joined ConAgra Foods Lamb Weston as a Regional Manager for Northern California until 2012. Kathryn also served as the Marketing Manager for Latin America and the Caribbean at ConAgra Foods - LambWeston from 2002 onwards. Since 2015, Kathryn has been with Cavendish Farms, where they have held various positions including Vice President Marketing and Innovation, Vice President Sales and Marketing, Foodservice, and currently holds the position of Vice President of Sales, Foodservice USA.

Kathryn deVries-Ruehs completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies from San Diego State University between the years 1985 and 1989.
