Lindsay Thompson

Lindsay Thompson is an experienced Human Resources professional with a proven track record in various leadership roles within the HR domain. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Cavendish Farms since September 2024, Lindsay previously held the same title at Irving Consumer Products from January 2017 to September 2024. In this role, Lindsay provided HR expertise across key areas such as engagement, organizational development, and talent acquisition, supporting over 400 employees. Prior experience includes leadership positions at J.D. Irving, Limited within Talent Acquisition, where Lindsay managed social recruitment campaigns and implemented process improvements, as well as earlier roles in project coordination and support. Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resource Management from Saint Mary's University, completed in 2010.
