Paul Enns

Paul Enns is a seasoned professional in the food processing industry with over 25 years of experience. Currently serving as the Strategic Sourcing Manager at Cavendish Farms since October 2014, Paul Enns previously held the position of Plant Superintendent at Lucerne Foods from December 2009 to August 2014, where oversight included production, shipping/receiving, and sanitation across a 110,000 square foot facility. Prior experience as a Planning Coordinator at Lucerne Foods involved coordinating production for multiple production lines. Paul Enns began their career at Can-Oat Milling, where various roles spanned from quality control technician to shipper/receiver. Educationally, Paul Enns holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from the University of Manitoba and has completed CGA Alberta from 2005 to 2008.
