Philip Oxford

Philip Oxford has extensive experience in the food industry, with a focus on research and development, innovation, and quality management. Philip is currently the Director of Innovation at Cavendish Farms. Prior to that, they held the position of Director Bakery at Weston Foods from 2018 to 2021. Philip also served as the Director of R&D at Puratos from 2016 to 2018. Philip spent four years at Mondelēz International as the Associate Director of RD&Q Confectionary, leading R&D strategy and category development for various well-known brands. Philip was the Sector Quality Leader at Kraft Foods from 2011 to 2012 and held multiple roles there, including Section Manager for Flavor Research and Program Leader for Global Coffee Technology. Philip began their career as a Senior Scientist at Albright & Wilson.

Philip Oxford completed their Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry at Durham University in an unspecified year before 1995. Philip pursued further education and obtained their PhD in Chemistry from Imperial College London, with a start year in 1999 and completion in 2003.
