Tommi Heikkilä

Tommi Heikkilä has a diverse work experience in various managerial roles within the industrial sector. Tommi started their career in 2004 as a Manager in the Aluminium Workshop at KMT Group Oy. From there, they joined Norilsk Nickel and held various managerial positions, including Manager of Chemical Production, Manager of Briquette Production, and Service Manager of Plant Services. In 2015, they transitioned to Oy Botnia Mill Service Ab, where they initially worked as a Business Unit Manager before becoming the Maintenance Manager for Reliability. In 2021, they joined KPA Unicon as the Safety and Service Director. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Customer Solutions at Caverion, starting in September 2023.

Tommi Heikkilä earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tampere University of Technology, where they studied from 1998 to 2003.
