Viktor Joasaare

Viktor Joasaare has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Starting from their most recent role, they worked as the Head of Sales and Development /Digitalization, Big Projects and Facility Maintenance Services at Caverion since June 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Renewable Energy Development (Wind and Solar) /Big Projects/ at Enefit Green, where they prepared and executed large-scale green energy projects in the Baltic countries, Finland, and Poland.

Before their tenure at Enefit Green, Viktor Joasaare held the position of Management Board member and Head of Power Distribution & Telecom Division at Sonepar Estonia for almost six years. During this time, they were responsible for managing the power distribution and telecom teams and held annual turnover responsibility of around 40 million euros.

Continuing further back, Viktor Joasaare worked as the Head of Sales and Development Department /Export + Head of Technical Team & purchasers/ at Interconnect Product Assembly AS. In this role, they served as an International Key Accounts Manager and Business Development Manager in various countries, including Estonia, Finland, Sweden, Germany, and the UK.

Before joining Interconnect Product Assembly AS, they worked at Nordea Bank as the Head of Bank Segment, SME, where they focused on market share growth and team coaching. Viktor also worked at Schneider Electric as the Country Manager, leading the Estonian branch and managing the board. Viktor was a part of the national accounts team and facilitated cross-country cooperation.

Viktor Joasaare's early career included their role as a Project Manager at ABB, where they handled active sales and big projects, including business development in Lithuania. Viktor worked on various projects for clients such as Circle K, Maxima, and sport centers.

Viktor Joasaare has a diverse education history. Viktor earned a Diploma of Education in Managers Program and B2B Managers programs from Southwestern consulting, Southwestern coaching in the USA from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they completed a Master's degree in International MBA, International group from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology between 2007 and 2009. Viktor also holds a Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Energy production and distribution, Power Plants, Substations) from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology, which they obtained from 1993 to 1999. Additionally, Viktor obtained a Diploma of Education in Renewable Energy from Hochschule Stralsund in an international group setting during the academic year 1997-1998.
