Olga Gonzales

Olga Gonzales is a seasoned Quality Assurance professional with extensive experience in the food industry. Currently serving as the Quality Assurance Team Lead at Caviness Beef Packers since September 2021, Olga has previously held roles including Quality Assurance Special Analysis at Azteca Milling, L.P. from January 2019 to September 2021, where responsibilities included microbiology testing and releasing Certificates of Analysis. Olga has acquired multiple certifications, such as Mycotoxins Training, HACCP, and Petri-film Training.
