Michael Pender

Michael Pender possesses extensive leadership experience in manufacturing and operations across various industries. Currently serving as President and Director of Operations at Cavist Manufacturing, Michael oversees the largest electronics overmolding service facility globally. Prior roles include Director of Manufacturing at Dura-Line, where responsibility spanned seven plants in the US and Canada, and Plant Manager at Ardagh Group, a leader in packaging solutions. Michael also held key positions at Porous Power Technologies, ElectraTherm, and Québecor - WorldColor - Quad Graphics, contributing to operational efficiency and cost-saving initiatives. Educational credentials include an Executive MBA from D'Amore-McKim School of Business and degrees in Engineering from Trinity College Dublin and Technological University Dublin, complemented by a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
