Kent Mitchell

Kent Mitchell has over 18 years of experience in business operations, technology, business development, consulting, and customer service. From 2004 to 2012, they served as President of Long View Systems (USA), Vice President of US Operations, and Branch Manager of the Denver Office. During this time, they led the US organization from one client and seven staff to over 350 staff across four US offices in multiple client industries. In 2012, they became President of Crescent Point Energy U.S. Corp., where they led the establishment and growth of the USA business unit from creation of the US Corp to over 200 staff and management of multi-million dollar budgets with over $1B in acquisitions. In addition, they took on two additional roles leading Information Systems and Human Resources | Corporate Services for the overall Corporation. In 2020, they joined CAVU Global as Fractional President | COO | Partner | Technology | Consulting, where they created R. H. E. Kent also joined ICEsoft Technologies as Fractional Business Development | Consulting and Spark Equation as Fractional COO | Software Enablement | Consulting, where they are part of the leadership team of a full-service software-enabled IT and strategy consulting firm.

Kent Mitchell has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business. Kent also holds a Diploma in the Applied Arts of Data Processing from the Saskatchewan Institute of Applied Science and Technology, and a Diploma in the Applied Arts of Business Administration from the Saskatchewan Technical Institute. Kent is also an ICD.d, which is a certification from the Institute of Corporate Directors in the field of Board of Directors.
