Terry Barrett has a strong background in leadership, safety, continuous improvement, and team culture. With experience in military aviation and energy sectors, they have served in various roles such as Co-Founder and Vice President of Business Development at CAVU International, Founder and President at Hire Military Vets, and as an Air Combat Instructor Pilot at Air Combat USA. Additionally, Barrett has experience in executive mentorship and accountability from their time as Senior Vice President at Check-6 and as a Test Director at Air Test and Evaluation Squadron 23.
