Rachael Minnis Fcipd

Rachael Minnis FCIPD has over 20 years of work experience in various HR leadership roles. Rachael is currently serving as the Chief People Officer at CAVU, a company focused on revolutionizing airport travel. Prior to this, Rachael worked at THE MANCHESTER AIRPORT GROUP PLC as the Group People Transformation Director and People Director. Rachael also held positions at Marks and Spencer, where they served as the Head of HR Ireland and North Division, Head of HR International Franchise, Head of HR Europe and International Franchise, and Head of Operations Resourcing, Learning and International. Before that, they worked at Xchanging as the Head of Human Resources HR Services and United Utilities Australia as the Head of Human Resources. Rachael's earlier experience includes roles at United Utilities as an HR Business Partner, Princes Limited as the Divisional HR Manager for Princes Soft Drinks, and Northern Foods as a Regional HR Manager and HR Manager. Throughout their career, Rachael has demonstrated leadership and development of teams, strategic planning, and delivery of business plans.
