Úrsula Souza

Úrsula Souza has held a variety of roles since 2012. From 2012 to 2014, they were an Estagiária at Grupo Silvio Santos and Assesso Consultoria e Assistência Técnica Pericial. During this time, they provided support and legal assistance in the labor area, as well as made preparations for travel for medical and technical exams. From 2014 to 2017, they were an Assistente Jurídico at Melo, Martini & Parada. During this time, they analyzed aptitude for agreement in hearings and verified obligations to do/pay through internal bank rules. From 2017 to 2018, they were an Auxiliar Jurídico (BackOffice) at the same company and was responsible for the configuration of contestation (credit assignment). From 2018 to 2019, they were an Assistente Jurídico at the same company and was responsible for requesting obligations to do at Banco Panamericano. From 2019 to 2020, they were a Supervisor de equipe at Lee, Brock, Camargo Advogados. During this time, they worked closely with purchasing, technical support, portfolios, legal correspondents, and other teams. Úrsula also managed internal systems, created projects with IT, and provided training for operational teams. Finally, since 2022 they have been a Senior Operations at Cayena.

Úrsula Souza graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Law from FMU - Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas in 2015. In 2021, they obtained a certification in Emotional Intelligence from Escola Conquer. In 2022, they obtained a Paralegal Training certification from Lee, Brock, Camargo Advogados.
