Vanessa Zanco has over 15 years of work experience in customer service and operations roles. Vanessa began their career in 2006 as a Nursing Technician, Marketing, and Faturamento de Conv\u00eanios at Medical Center Diagnose. In 2013, they moved to Centro de Reprodu\u00e7\u00e3o Humana de Campinas as a Financial Assistant. In 2014, they held two positions simultaneously at Ag\u00eancia Bee Creative as a Reda\u00e7\u00e3o e Social Media and at Rock It MKT as an Atendimento Publicit\u00e1rio. In 2015, they joined inGaia as a Customer Support Supervisor, Customer Onboarding Supervisor and Implementation Team Leader. In 2019, they moved to RD Station as a Customer Success Coordinator. In 2020, they joined Xerpay as a Customer Support Coordinator and in 2021, they moved to QuintoAndar as a Senior Customer Experience Coordinator. Currently, Vanessa is a Senior Operations Coordinator at Cayena since 2022.
Vanessa Zanco has a varied educational background. Vanessa completed a Bachelor's Degree in Comunicação Social - Publicidade e Propaganda at Universidade Paulista from 2011 to 2014. Vanessa also obtained a Técnico de Enfermagem + Ensino Médio from Colégio Técnico de Campinas - Unicamp from 2004 to 2006. In 2017, they completed an Extensão in Customer Success at Gama Academy. Additionally, they have obtained a Desenvolvimento de Liderança - Líder de outros certificate from Leadership Pipeline Institute in 2019 and a Formação em Customer Success certificate from Gama Academy.
