Beth Hurst has over two decades of experience in the field of scientific research, currently serving as a Research Scientist in the Immunoassay Department at Cayman Chemical since March 1997. Prior to this role, Beth worked as a Post-doctoral fellow at the University of Utah from August 1992 to February 1997, focusing on the involvement of fatty acids in breast cancer within the department of Human Molecular Biology and Genetics. Beth earned a B.S. and Ph.D. in Physiology from Michigan State University between 1982 and 1992.
