Alyssa Amyotte

Alyssa Amyotte is a Higher Education Recruitment Specialist at Cayuga Centers since May 2022. Prior to this role, Alyssa served as an Academic Advisor at Morrisville State College from January 2019 to May 2022 and as Dean of Residential Life at the Johns Hopkins Center For Talented Youth from June 2015 to July 2018. Additional experience includes temporary positions as Assistant Coordinator for the Mentor-Scholar Program at SUNY Oswego, Lead Facilitator for the Civic Education Project, and Reunion Reservationist for the Oswego Alumni Association. Alyssa also held various roles at SUNY Oswego from January 2008 to December 2016, including Academic Advisor and Coordinator for Service Learning and Community Service. Earlier professional engagements include roles as a Resident Assistant and Graduate Assistant at SUNY Plattsburgh, and Trustee for the SUNY Board of Trustees. Alyssa holds a Master’s degree in Counselor Education: Student Affairs and a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology, both from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
