Lilian Parsekian Grava

Lilian Parsekian Grava is a dedicated mental health professional with extensive experience in clinical supervision and therapeutic services. Currently serving as Program Manager at Cayuga Centers since September 2022, Lilian previously held multiple roles at the Institute for Child & Family Health, Inc. from October 2005 to September 2022, including Clinical Supervisor, Intake Specialist, and Psychotherapist. In these positions, Lilian provided clinical supervision to therapists, conducted biopsychosocial evaluations, developed treatment plans, and delivered individual and family therapy for children, adolescents, and families facing emotional challenges. Early career experience includes serving as a psychologist at Instituto do Coração - InCor HCFMUSP, where Lilian supported patients and families in the context of pediatric heart surgery and treatment. Lilian holds a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from the University of Miami and a degree in Clinical Psychology from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo.
