Joel Ater

Joel Ater has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Joel started their career in 2005 as a U.S. Army Officer, serving for over 17 years until July 2022. In 2022, they joined Amentum as an Integrated Air and Missile Defense SME, working until May 2023. Subsequently, they held the position of Director of Business Development and Program Management at Native Hawaiian Veterans, LLC from June 2023. Concurrently, they also became the Director of Business Development & Program Management, Pacific Region at Cayuse Holdings from June 2023 onwards.

Joel Ater pursued their education at the University of Dayton from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice studies. Later on, from 2010 to 2011, they enrolled at The University of Texas at El Paso and earned a Master's degree in Leadership.
