Tracy Rateike has over 25 years of retail experience, currently serving as an Area Manager and Area Visual Merchant at CB2 since 2011. In this role, Tracy Rateike focuses on mentoring and developing leadership across all locations while building a strong leadership bench to support business growth. Prior to CB2, Tracy Rateike worked at Crate & Barrel for 14 years as an Area Designer and Store Designer, contributing to the brand's visual and spatial development.
