Joe Applewhite

Joe Applewhite is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in various roles within the industry. Currently serving as a Realtor, Team Leader, Mentor, and Notary at CB&A, Realtors since November 2022, Joe previously held the position of Managing Partner and Licensed Real Estate Professional at Prime Texas Properties from November 2016 to December 2022. Joe also operated Saint Dane's as a self-employed entrepreneur from September 2008 to December 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing operations, menu design, staffing, and marketing. Prior to that, Joe was a Supervisor at Cotton Global Disaster Solutions and owned Rebels Honky Tonk from 2009 to 2011, focusing on concept design and team building. Joe earned a degree in Real Estate from the Champions School of Real Estate and studied at the University of Houston from 1995 to 1998.
