Katie Brown

Katie Brown, CPA has a diverse range of work experience in the accounting field. Katie began their career as an intern at Hill Stonestreet & Company in 2010. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Level II Staff Auditor at Bartlett, Pringle & Wolf, LLP, where they gained experience in financial statement audits, analysis of general ledger accounts, and internal controls. In 2015, they joined Deckers Brands as a Senior Accountant, where they worked until 2018. Katie'sresponsibilities included financial analysis and reporting. Since 2018, they have been working at CBC Federal Credit Union, starting as an Assistant Controller and progressing to the roles of Controller, Vice President of Finance, and currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer. This extensive experience has provided Katie with a strong foundation in accounting principles, financial analysis, and leadership skills.

Katie Brown, CPA, completed their education at Youngstown State University from 2009 to 2013. Katie obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree with a major in Accounting and Finance. Additionally, in October 2015, they obtained the Certified Public Accountant certification from the California Board of Accountancy.
