John Flewelling

John Flewelling has been with CBCL Limited since 2000, where they currently serve as President and CEO.

John started with the company as a Senior Municipal Engineer, before being promoted to Branch Manager in 2002. In 2018, they joined the Executive team as Executive Vice President, and took on the role of President in 2019.

John has over 25 years of experience in the engineering field, specializing in land development, transportation, water resources, storm and sanitary servicing, water treatment and distribution, and waste water collection and treatment. Prior to joining CBCL Limited, they worked as a Project Engineer with Godfrey Associates Limited from 1991 to 1999.

John is a dedicated and experienced professional who has played a key role in the growth and success of CBCL Limited. Under their leadership, the company has continued to thrive and provide high-quality engineering services to its clients.

John Flewelling completed a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Civil Engineering at the University of New Brunswick.
